Chiffon Cake (Sugar Free)
Chiffon Cake ( Less sweet & sugar free)
INGREDIENTS
•Egg(medium)
1 no.
•Caster
sugar or Monk fruit sugar 10g
•Oil 1tbsp
•Coconut
cream 3tbsp
•Cake
Flour 50g
•Salt
a pinch
•Egg White 80g
•Caster sugar or Monk fruit Sugar 25g
•Cream of tartar 1/8
tsp
•Food Coloring Red & Green
INSTRUCTIONS
•Preheat oven to 160 °C
•Whisk the sugar & egg
•Add coconut cream, oil and mix well
•Sift in the the flour and salt. Whisk
until well mixed.
•Set aside.
•Whisk egg white & cream of tartar
until foamy.
•Add sugar in 3 batches & whisk until
medium peak.
•Gently fold 1/3 of egg white into the
batter and mix until
incorporated.
•Divided the batter in 3 portions.
•Add the green color & red color in
each bowl and gently fold
until uniform.
•Pipe into the pan alternately
•Bake for 40 min or until done.
•Invert the pan and let it cool completely
•Unmould and
serve.
