Chiffon Cake (Sugar Free)

  Chiffon Cake ( Less sweet & sugar free)    INGREDIENTS   • Egg(medium)   1 no. • Caster sugar or Monk fruit sugar   10g • Oil   1tbsp • Coconut cream   3tbsp • Cake Flour   50g • Salt   a pinch • Egg White   80g • Caster sugar or Monk fruit Sugar   25g • Cream of tartar     1/8 tsp • Food Coloring   Red & Green       INSTRUCTIONS   • Preheat oven to 160 °C • Whisk the sugar & egg • Add coconut cream, oil and mix well • Sift in the the flour and salt. Whisk until well mixed. • Set aside. • Whisk egg white & cream of tartar until foamy. • Add sugar in 3 batches & whisk until medium peak. • Gently fold 1/3 of egg white into the batter and mix until  incorporated. • Divided the batter in 3 portions. • Add the green color & red color in each bowl and gently fold  until uniform. • Pipe into the pan alternately • Ba...
